I am passionate about using my skills to protect and improve our water resources. I have a proven track record of success in leading and managing projects, developing innovative water resources management tools, and communicating complex technical information to a variety of audiences.

My expertise includes water quality and hydrodynamic modeling, water quality permitting, GIS, and database development. I have led and managed many environmental projects, including contaminant spill modeling, brine discharge modeling, dissolved oxygen modeling, watershed and reservoir modeling, and water quality and hydrodynamic modeling. I have also developed GIS and software applications to improve environmental data sharing and accessibility for the public.

I am a member of the Water Environment Federation, the Water Environment Association of Texas, the American Water Resources Association, and the North American Lake Management Society. I hold a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. I am a licensed professional engineer in Texas.

I am interested in developing new water quality models and innovative water resources management tools.
